What is the Spa′s cancellation policy?

Because your spa experience is reserved in advance for you, we require a 24-hour notice of cancellation for any single spa experience. All reservations are reserved with a credit card or gift card number. There will be a 50% charge for missed appointments.

How and when should I make my Spa appointments?

What time should I arrive for my Spa service(s)?

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your treatment so that you have time to relax in our sanctuary.

Mommies to be…please notify us of your condition so we can make recommendations for the appropriate treatments to meet your needs.

What should I do to prepare for airbrush tanning?

Airbrush Tanning

Please be sure you shave and exfoliate before coming for your treatment. You will achieve best results when your skin is clean and free of body oils. Once you are sprayed, we strongly recommend that you not shower for 8-10 hours for best results. Bring in loose fitting clothing to assure even drying.

Can I bring my kids to The Spa?

In order to further create a peaceful environment, day care services are provided for a nominal fee to any of our guests with children 8 weeks and older.
